Volcom, an action sports prodigy, started out in 1991 as nothing more than a vision and a few grand from cofounder Richard Woolcott’s dad. Accompanied by good friend Tucker Hall, Woolcott combined their passion for surfing, skating, and snowboarding with their own experiences into what became one of the most prestigious companies in action sports. Having one of the most recognizable logos out there, the Volcom stone stands for “youth against establishment,” a major part in Woolcott and Hall’s original vision for the company.
Volcom is currently letting fans preview their unreleased Spring 2013 swimwear at Krush. This collection sports bikinis and boardshorts that have yet to be seen by the public. A real eye candy in this line is the Maguro Paradox – Pink Strobe boardshorts (pictured below). This pair of Volcom boardshorts is killin’ it with its combination of different prints among the legs. The left leg, a black and white collage of faces and text, the right leg, a red and blue warped geometric pattern with the famous Volcom stone logo. If you are as sold as I am, head on over to Krush and look at more of Volcom’s swimwear that’s just as fresh.
Krush is giving away some sweet Volcom swimwear to two lucky winners. Be sure to rate all three Volcom lines and other sneakpeeks to increase your chances of winning some cool prizes.
